Dear Parents,

I have signed Room 11 students up to a reading App called Epic. It is a great free resource for teachers and their students. It also lets teachers set books we wish children to read and monitor reading preferences and mileage. It is only usable during school hours. There is a Parent option which is NOT free and children wouldn't be able to access this in school time.

You can either get the free app from the App store or sign in through the internet.  https://www.getepic.com/ it is for use during school hours only

Click on - ‘Class code” (see arrow in image below)

Select their avatar/ name and they are ready to go!!

At the moment I encourage you to help them explore  the site and choose books that interest them. HAPPY READING!!!
