Malachi’s maths art
Today Mum cut out a bunch of different size and colour triangles for me to experiment with, then she gave me some questions to answer.
How many black triangles are there? 32
Can you double that number? 64
What about halving it? 1 6
Can you X it by 10? 320
How many blue number triangles are there? 4
How many big triangles are there? 2
Can you multiply X these two numbers? 4x2=8
Name two shapes you can make with a triangle: square and diamond
That looks like a lot of learning fun. I wonder what you could now make with those beautiful triangles. How are you with a needle and thread?
